We want your shopping experience with Muse Allure to be simple, clear, and secure. Below you will find information about placing an order, available payment methods, pre-orders, promotional codes, and order cancellations.

How to Place an Order

To place an order:

  1. Select the product you would like to purchase.
  2. Choose the required size, colour, and quantity, where applicable.
  3. Add the product to your shopping cart.
  4. Review the products and quantities in your cart.
  5. Proceed to checkout and enter your contact and delivery information.
  6. Select an available delivery method and payment method.
  7. Review your order carefully before completing payment.

Please ensure that your name, email address, delivery address, selected products, sizes, colours, and quantities are correct before submitting your order.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive the confirmation shortly after completing your purchase.

Prices and Currencies

Product prices are displayed in the currency selected on our website.

The final amount payable, including any applicable delivery charges, will be shown at checkout before you complete your payment.

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may apply currency-conversion charges or other processing fees. These charges are determined by the relevant third party and are not controlled by Muse Allure.

Payment Methods

The payment methods available for your order will be displayed during checkout. Depending on your country, device, currency, and order details, available options may include:

  • Debit or credit card
  • PayPal
  • Klarna
  • Przelewy24
  • BLIK
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

Not every payment method may be available for every customer or transaction. Please refer to the options displayed at checkout for the methods currently available to you.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed or dispatched.

If your payment is declined, incomplete, reversed, or flagged for additional verification, your order may be delayed, suspended, or cancelled. Your payment provider may be able to provide further information if a transaction is declined.

Payment Confirmation

Once your payment has been completed successfully, you should receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.

Please review the confirmation carefully. If you notice an error in your order or delivery information, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed once it has entered processing or has been dispatched.

Pre-Orders

Products available for pre-order are clearly identified on the relevant product page.

A pre-order item is not immediately available for dispatch. Where available, the product page will show an estimated release or dispatch date.

Estimated dates are provided in good faith but may change due to production, supplier, logistics, courier, or customs delays.

If your order contains both ready-to-ship products and pre-order products, the complete order may be dispatched together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated or agreed.

You may request cancellation of a pre-order before it has been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number.

Discount Codes and Promotions

Where available, discount codes must be entered in the appropriate field during checkout before the order is completed.

Discount codes cannot be added retrospectively after an order has been placed.

Promotional offers are valid only during the stated promotional period and may be subject to additional conditions. Unless otherwise stated, discount codes and promotional offers cannot be combined.

Please check that your discount has been applied correctly before completing payment.

Order Changes and Cancellations

To request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number.

We will try to assist, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing.

An order may be cancelled before dispatch where possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. You may instead request a return in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Muse Allure reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases involving:

  • Unsuccessful or incomplete payment
  • Incorrect pricing
  • Stock availability errors
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Incomplete or inaccurate customer information
  • An inability to deliver to the address provided

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.
