Returns & Exchanges
We hope you are fully satisfied with your order. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [email protected].
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
• unworn, unused, and unwashed
• returned in its original condition
• complete with all original tags and packaging
• returned with the hygiene seal or protective liner fully intact
For hygiene reasons, lingerie, briefs, and other intimate items cannot be returned or exchanged once the hygiene seal or protective liner has been removed, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
How to request a return or exchange:

• Include your order number
• Include the item name and reason for return or exchange
• Wait for our return instructions before sending the item back
• Our team will reply within 1–2 business days
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error, such as an incorrect, faulty, or damaged item. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned item or valid proof of return shipment.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested size, colour, or style is unavailable, we will offer a refund or assist you in selecting an alternative item. Any price difference must be settled before the replacement item is dispatched.
Right of Withdrawal
You may use the model withdrawal form available on our website, although it is not required in order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
