These Terms & Conditions govern the use of www.museallure.com and the purchase of products from Muse Allure.

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

  1. Brand and Products

Muse Allure offers selected lingerie, swimwear, sleepwear, bodysuits, and related intimate apparel.

Products may be available as ready-to-ship items or pre-order items. If a product is available for pre-order, this will be indicated on the relevant product page together with the expected dispatch or delivery information where available.

Due to the nature of fabric, fit, screen settings, and photography, slight differences in colour, texture, or appearance may occur. Such differences do not affect the quality or intended use of the product.

  1. Customers

Muse Allure sells directly to private consumers through the website checkout.

By placing an order, you confirm that the purchase is made for personal use and not for resale or commercial distribution.

  1. Orders

Orders are placed directly through www.museallure.com.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation means that we have received your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases of payment issues, stock errors, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, or inability to deliver to the provided address.

Please ensure that all order details, including your name, email address, delivery address, size, colour, and selected product, are correct before completing your purchase.

  1. Pre-Orders

Pre-order products are items that are not immediately available for dispatch at the time of purchase.

The estimated shipping timeframe for pre-order items will be stated on the product page where applicable. Estimated dates are provided in good faith and may change due to production, supplier, logistics, or customs delays.

If your order contains both ready-to-ship and pre-order items, we may dispatch the order together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated or agreed.

You may cancel a pre-order before it has been dispatched by contacting us at [email protected].

  1. Prices and Currencies

Prices are displayed on the website in the available currencies, including EUR, PLN, USD, AED, AUD, CNY, and JPY.

The final price of your order, including applicable delivery charges, will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Currency conversion rates may vary depending on your payment provider, card issuer, or bank. Muse Allure is not responsible for additional currency conversion fees or bank charges applied by third parties.

  1. Payments

We accept selected payment methods available at checkout, including card payments, PayPal, Klarna, Przelewy24, BLIK, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

All payments must be successfully authorised before an order is processed or dispatched.

If payment is declined, incomplete, reversed, or flagged as potentially fraudulent, we may suspend or cancel the order.

  1. Gift Cards, Discount Codes, and Promotions

Muse Allure may offer gift cards, discount codes, limited-time offers, or promotional campaigns.

Promotions are valid only for the period stated and may be subject to additional conditions. Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively after an order has been placed.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined with other offers.

Sale items are eligible for return or exchange under the same conditions as full-price items, provided that the item is unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned with all tags, packaging, hygiene seals, and protective liners intact.

  1. Shipping & Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping through trusted courier partners.

Available shipping options:

DHL Express Worldwide
35 € | Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, courier service, public holidays, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details where available.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, and any other local charges are the customer’s responsibility. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and must be paid by the customer where applicable.

  1. Delivery Address and Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Muse Allure is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery, refusal to accept the parcel, non-collection, or an incorrect address, we may charge the customer for any additional shipping costs, return costs, or re-dispatch costs.

  1. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation of your order after confirmation and before dispatch.

To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, you may request a return in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges policy.

  1. Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are fully satisfied with your order. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [email protected].

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

• unworn, unused, and unwashed
• returned in its original condition
• complete with all original tags and packaging
• returned with the hygiene seal or protective liner fully intact

For hygiene reasons, lingerie, briefs, swimwear bottoms, bodysuits, and other intimate items cannot be returned or exchanged once the hygiene seal or protective liner has been removed, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

How to request a return or exchange:

• Include the item name and reason for return or exchange
• Wait for our return instructions before sending the item back
• Our team will reply within 1–2 business days

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error, such as an incorrect, faulty, or damaged item. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Exchanges are available worldwide and are subject to stock availability. If the requested size, colour, or style is unavailable, we will offer a refund or assist you in selecting an alternative item. Any price difference must be settled before the replacement item is dispatched.

  1. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract within 14 days of receiving the order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by contacting:

You may use the model withdrawal form available on our website, although using the form is not required in order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Returned items must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery. This includes intimate items where the hygiene seal or protective liner has been removed.

  1. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Refunds are issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or until you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.

Where legally required, we will also refund the standard delivery cost paid at the time of purchase. Additional costs resulting from choosing a premium or non-standard delivery option are not refundable.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

  1. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at [email protected] and include:

• your order number
• a description of the issue
• clear photos of the item, packaging, and any visible damage

This 72-hour reporting period helps us resolve the issue quickly and does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under Polish or EU law.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, exchange, refund, or reimbursement of reasonable return shipping costs, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

  1. Product Care

Customers are responsible for following all care instructions provided with the product.

Muse Allure is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, drying, ironing, storage, use, alteration, or failure to follow care instructions.

  1. Customer Accounts

Customers may create an account on www.museallure.com.

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity carried out through your account.

Please ensure that the information in your account is accurate and up to date. Muse Allure is not responsible for errors or delays caused by incorrect account information.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on www.museallure.com, including images, product names, product descriptions, graphics, logos, design elements, text, branding, and visual materials, belongs to Muse Allure or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or use any website content without our prior written consent.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Muse Allure is responsible for providing products in accordance with the contract and applicable consumer law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Muse Allure is not liable for indirect losses, business losses, loss of profit, loss of data, or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rights.

  1. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

This may include courier disruptions, customs delays, natural events, strikes, war, government restrictions, technical failures, supply chain disruption, or other events outside our control.

  1. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using our website and placing an order, you acknowledge that your personal data will be processed for purposes such as order fulfilment, payment processing, delivery, customer service, returns, exchanges, and legal compliance.

  1. Complaints and Customer Care

  1. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution

Consumers may have the option to use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, including mediation or alternative dispute resolution mechanisms available in Poland or in the consumer’s country of residence.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Poland.

For consumers located in the European Union or other jurisdictions, this choice of law does not deprive the consumer of any mandatory consumer protection rights that cannot be excluded by agreement under the laws of their country of residence.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The version published on www.museallure.com at the time an order is placed will apply to that order.
